General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

- Normal semen analysis shows around 15 million sperm/ml, 50% motile sperms and at least 4% normal morphology
- I would need to see your full report to understand it better. But it doesn't look like there is a problem
- Make sure you have not ejaculated for at least 5 days before you give your semen for a test

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Pranav Balakrishnan, General & Family Physician
