What Should The Normal WBC And RBC Count On Fecalysis Result Be?

Hi i just got the fecalysis result of my 9 month old son...the color is yellow, wbc none, rbc none, parasites none found, consistency watery and bacteria is +3. Is this normal or is there something wrong? My son is very active, nno fever, no vomiting...only he pooh 4x a day and its very soft. Could someone help me?

Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

Your son is suffering from colitis (intestine infection).It is due to bacteria.
Colitis is indicated by presence of bacteria in stool.There shouldn't be any bacteria in stool.
Culture of stool should also be done. Antibiotics should be prescribed to your son.
Baby should be given adequate fluids.
