What Should I Do For Wound On Knee?

Where are you located? Are you near Noida? How may my Husband get in to see you with a wound on his knee that hes had for over a month thats not healing but opening sores and weeping. He is there visiting family.hes taken 3 courses of antibiotics already with no improvement.

Hi

Since your husband has developed a chronic infective skin wound, I would advise you to see a good nearby dermatologist . A proper management of the wound is essential . A pus culture with sensitivity will guide about the antibiotics to be given.
Since oral antibiotics have not helped much, iv antibiotics may also be required according to the skin condition.
