What Should I Do For The Bubble Gum Stuck In Esophagus?

I have bubble gum stuck in my oesophagus I think - has been there for nearly 24 hours now. I definitely swallowed it yesterday and it is uncomfortable to swallow still and I have eaten 3 meals since the incident. No pain or coughing - just can feel something there.

Please don't worry, as the likely hood of bubble gum sticking in esophagus is highly unlikely. You have no difficulty in eating so chances of gum sticking are highly unlikely. Please take lots of bananas and water.only sure way to relive your anxiety is to undergo an upper g.I. endoscopy, where your esophagus can bedirectly visualized. I personally feel that you have no cause to worry on account of bubble gum. Still it is s good idea to under go upper g.I.endoscopy to rule out some other underlying pathology. Regards
