i ven been having a heatache for a week now. it comes and goes. my right side teeth hurt especially at the bottom. i feel tired and have ear ache. my lips and tip of the tongue starting to feel numb. especially the area under my lower lip between my chin

Welcome to HCM,
The pain is may be due to tooth ache, which is radiating to the ear. Infection of the tooth by the microorganism is leading to infected environment in the oral cavity which is leading to numbness of the tongue and the lip.
The tooth pain may be radiated to the ear because they share the common nerve supply.The pain will be radiated to the ear and to the part of the skin which is innervated by the same nerve.
