What should/ could someone do who gets anxiety, with no trigger? When the body feels anxious, stomach is in knots, irritability ensues, short fuse, tension in the body, yet there is nothing the person is worrying about. In fact the person may be having a good day, laughing and in a good mood otherwise but yet feels physically in anxiety.
