Doctor can you please tell me about the zentel dosage for 2 year old children, does this medicine crash the worms inside or does it take them out the way they are

Zentel contains albendazole and the dose required for a 2 year old child is 400 mg or 10 ml of the suspension. It does not crush the worms inside. It makes the worms come out as the child passes stool.
