What Should Be Done For Pain And Discomfort In The Knees?

I fell flat on my knees last April on a hardwood floor. I used Arnica on them successfully nd took a hot bath and soaked them. I am feeling some pain and discomfort for the past couple of months. It interferes with my walking and sleeping. What should I do? I have not been seen by any physician yet.

Hi,

As a first line management, you can take analgesics like Aceclofenac or Tramadol for pain relief.

If symptoms persist better to consult an orthopedician and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
