What Should I Take To Stop Diarrhoea?

I have had diahrea for 4 days now and it doesnt seem to stop. Its not 3 to 4 times a day. Its been more like 20 times in one day.My stomach cramps really bad. I took the pink stuff the first day and then my diahrea was black for a day. What should be my next step

According to your complain you have problem of severe diarrhea that may be because of infection in digestive tract or other reasons.

Do a complete blood cell count and and stool examination test for further diagnosis.
Consult a gastroenterologist for further diagnosis.
Avoid heavy meal...
Maintain a fluid level in your body.
Anti-Diarrheal drugs helpful .
If infection is present than start proper antibiotics under doctor's suggestion.
