What Should I Do To Regain The High Register Of The Voice And Avoid The Cracks?
I have just lost my voice, all of a sudden, right after drinking soy milk. I think it may be disagreeing with me. The problem is, I am part of a choir, and when I try to go up high, my voice cracks, and my high register seems to be temporarily gone. This voice loss is accompanied by coughing, but perfectly normal breathing. What shoul I do to regain my high register?

teachers, singers, politicians are d persons who will abuse the voice by straining the larynx( voice box). to get back ur voice rigisters u need to see ent surgeon who will evaluate any vocal card lesions
