What Should I Do As Having Sharp Pain In Stomach In Pregnancy?

I'm 38 weeks pregnant, I've had alot of back contractions the last few nights, but today I'm having sharp stabbing like pain in my low stomach, and what feels like alot of pressure like she is about to fall out.. Also noticed some blood when wiping.. What is going on?

Hi,welcome to healthcare magic forum .you have finished your last trimester sothere may be chances of delivery many times as your symptoms also appears like that only.so better consult your gynecologist as soon as possible and get an usg done.good luck.
