Hello,

Your problem doesn’t seems to be very much linked to surgery in past. To increase your gastric motility and avoid feeling of fullness after meals I would suggest you to take frequent small meals, low in fat, high in fibers. Increase your daily water intake and do regular exercise.

I would like to know if your blood sugar levels remains in normal range. Try considering above mentioned lifestyle and dietary modifications, and review after 15 days.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sajal Singh, General & Family Physician
