What Precautions Should Be Taken By A Angina Pectoris Patient?

Hi- I was just diagnosed with probable Angina. It will be a month before I can get into see the cardiologist my doctor recommended. Can you give me any ideas on what I can do to help myself heal in the meantime i e. supplements, exercise, diet? Thank You! Joy

follow this
● keep tablet sorbitrate 10 mg in ur pocket all the time n the moment u feel any pain just sit there with no physical movement at all n keep a tablet under ur tongue n dont do any movement till pain subsides
● dont eat butter/fried stuff/fats
● quit smoking
● exercise like brisk walking daily for 20 minutes
