What Precautions Should Be Taken After A Retina Repair Surgery?

I had a hole in my retina which was repaired by lasar. I am restricted from my aerobics and weight training at this time but was wondering if I should give up the weight training part of exercise to avoid any future problem. Should there be any restriction as far as exercise for the future. I am 65 and have had cataract surgery in both eyes. Thank you.
