Hi Doctor. I have been shoveling, roof raking snow off my house, plowing for 10 days the snow we have gotten....my right side of my upper back and when I breathe or move my right arm kills me and I become short of breath. It pains when I breathe in also and exhale. What have I done?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, you have pains all over the body, due to over working.
I advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms nuerotropic injections for 10 consecutive days and then periodically. supplements of calcium and vitamin D, and pain killers when needed.
Avoid taking potato, other tubers, tomato, egg, chicken, and sea foods.
wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
