Hi Naresh,

Welcome to HCM.
Infection can occur from the vessel used to feed the baby water etc. We have to maintaing complete cleanliness and hygiene surrounding the baby, wash hands and nipple with soap and water and prevent flies moving around in the area.
Loose motion in new born is a serious matter and you must immediately consult a pediatrician, because dehydration has to be prevented. Medication should be strictly under medical supervision.
Wishing the child all the best.
