HI Doctor,
i am diagnosed with Anal fissure and Anal papillae.
what medications should i take and does it need surgical treatment?
i was having constipation issues, so afterwards i have started taking Sorbiline syrip (Tricholine citrate +Sorbitol), can i continue with it?

Go for a stool softener every night..and take sitz bath as many time as possible..sitz bath- take warm water in a tub, add some salt to it..and sit on top of that such that the vapours can reach your anal region..if its a small fissure this would take care of it..
