Hi,

The most common cause of dizziness, nausea, and stomach pain with fever is a Gastrointestinal infection. This can occur with viral or bacterial infections.

An infection can cause increased acidity which can cause pain, fever, and some irritation that causes nausea. Most people find taking a BRAT diet useful for the acidity. A BRAT diet comprises of Bananas, Rice, Applesauce, and Toast. In general, taking a bland diet, avoiding salt and spicy foods, eating too much can help with the symptoms.

Taking a lot of rehydration solution can be useful as well. This will help to prevent dehydration. In case these do not help, taking over the counter antacids can be useful.

In case the symptoms persist, seeing a doctor to determine the reason for the acidity would be useful.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
