What May Be The Cause Of Frequent Thirst And Dizziness?
My 21 year old daughter claims she is eating and drinking enough but she will all of a sudden feel thirsty and if she doesn't drink water within a few minutes, she will get dizzy and faint. Any thoughts, other than to keep water by her side all the time?
Dear madam i understand your concern.in my opinion this condition looks like diabetes but you did not mentioned any thing about excess of urination? i suggest to do some test kindly do them 1.fasting blood sugar with Hba1c 2.electrolytes along with urine sodium 3.serum osmolarity and urine osmolarity, this condition can be psychogenic polydypsia also regards Dr vamsi Krishna Consultant Diabetologist
