What May Be The Cause Of Frequent Thirst And Dizziness?

My 21 year old daughter claims she is eating and drinking enough but she will all of a sudden feel thirsty and if she doesn't drink water within a few minutes, she will get dizzy and faint. Any thoughts, other than to keep water by her side all the time?

Dear madam i understand your concern.in my opinion this condition looks like diabetes but you did not mentioned any thing about excess of urination?
i suggest to do some test kindly do them
1.fasting blood sugar with Hba1c
2.electrolytes along with urine sodium
3.serum osmolarity and urine osmolarity,
this condition can be psychogenic polydypsia also
