What Leads To Sharp Knee Pain?
I was sitting here and some lady asked me to plug her phone into the wall. So when I turned my body to do it my knee just got this really sharp pain and it eventually went away but meow I m just sweating and super hot and feel like I m going to throw up

Sudden jerky movements in the knee may result into ligament tear and the condition will be very pain ful
Apply ice packs and take a pain killer which is combination of paracetomol and muscle relaxant
if the pain does not subside in 2 days and if your knee joint is swollen and very red then better to get a MRI done
do not exercise/walking for a week\
