General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

The main causes of green and sticky stools are fiber rich food such many fruits and vegetables. The rapid intestinal transit causes them to be green.
Try not to eat many fruits or fiber rich foods. Eat baked bread and crackers.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka,
