What Kind Of Exercises Can Be Done For Pulled Muscle?

About half a year ago I was kicked by a horse in my hip and went to the hospital but they said nothing was wrong. Lately I ve had to crack it and we did kick boxing in gym and it feels like I pulled a muscle in it. Is there anything I can do for it like exercises?? I a 14 year old girl thanks

I went through your description. I suggest you not to worry much. The muscular soreness could just be a simple one. There may not be anything you can relate it to the horse kick. Kick boxing is a hard game and you are liable to pull muscles if not be careful. You can do some exercises like stretching and squat which are normally advised for pulled muscles. Apply ice at the affected area and take rest for a week or so if you feel the pain often.
