Dear sir, Please be informed that, I am 28 years old, I am suffering for psoriasis vulgaris from last 20 years, recently i am using Halobetasol propionte 0.05% (last one year) , liquid paraffin oil as a skin softener & Coal tar containing soap ( last one month). But recently I have observed that, my psoriasis affected skin convert more whitening than other area (due to over use Of Halobetasol propionte 0.05%) & some other affected skin convert darkness color ( due to fungal attack). When i stopped Halobetasol propionte 0.05% to reduce whitening skin then psoriasis has been increased. You also be informed that, clinical diagnosis report showed , skin darkness occurred due to fungal attack so, I have used cream which combination of Econazole Nitrate (1%) & Triamcinilone Acetonide (0.1%) to reduce darknees skin ( due to fungal attack). But over all condition (darkness skin) remain same. [N. B : As per my physician recommendation, In that time using of halobetasol propionte 0.05% was stopped] You also be informed that, when I stopped using of Halobetasol propionte 0.05% then I have recover the whitening skin but psoriasis has been increased.. In these circumstances, i need suggestions from you, to reduce dark skin (due to fungal attack) & whitening skin ( due to over use Of halobetasol propionte 0.05%) as well as to controlled psoriasis vulgaris.
