What Is The Treatment Of Pain In Rib Cage ?

A few days ago i fell while going off a jump on my bike. It hurts when i press on my rib cage in the lower right section. (My right) Sometimes when I breathe it hurts in that area. I think me falling might be related. I actually think i fell a few times

Hello,

As you mentioned in history about the fall and hurt over the ribs which are painful now, I would advise you to take hot water fermentation and do some deep breathing exercises.

Ribs are something which heals slowly. Deep breathing exercises will help to maintain the movement's of the ribs and maintain the normal pulmonary function.
