What Is The Treatment Of Chest Pain , Panic Attack And Anxiety After Cocaine Use?

HI i need urgent advice. I am 19 years old male and heavy cocaine abuser on and off for about 3 yrs i have recently decided to quit after a panic attack aprox 6 hours after my last use. I will be 3 days since i deicided to quit in about 10 hours. But my question is in regards to a few on going symptoms i am experiencing. I have over whelming feeling of anxiety and panic and i feel like im going to stop breathing my middle finger on my left hand has continued to twitch along with some chest irritation and pain. I want to know if it is possible for me to die from these symptoms i get constant panic attacks

You are suffering from cocaine withdrawal, and most likely these pains are panic attacks. To make sure, see a physician and make sure that you do not have medical issues. IF they are panic attacks, ask your physician for antianxiety medication.
