General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

She has urinary tract infection with skin manifestations through use
of a public urinal.

Guidelines at present
- keeping the affected area with genitals clean through an antiseptic liquid
- plenty of liquids
- local application of miconazole cream
- avoid sexual activities till recovery
- prescription of antibiotics, antifungal medications to control the current infection and prevent further contact spread
- control of blood sugar.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel,
General Surgeon
