Urologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist, i can fully understand your concern.
UTI is diagnosed after checking urine culture and 3 days of Bactrim is an incomplete course. According to the culture report, specific antibiotic, is advised. You should also take, Tablet Phenazopyridine and syrup alkaline citrate, with the antibiotic, which will give you relief over next few days.
Drink 10-12 glasses of fluids daily. Lime juice twice daily helps many people.
You should mention age and gender, so more specific advise can be given.
You can send the reports, for an expert opinion,as a direct question to me.
