Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

Probably your respiratory passage may dried up probably. Use humidifier in dry climates. Other possibilities like sore throat or acid reflux may cause same problem. Avoid spicy food at night. Use tablet pantoprazole before breakfast for one week. If symptoms have not improved, please consult with your ENT specialist he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
