sir, i am a 12 standard student. i have a speaking problem but i dont know this is adisease or not . when i begin to speak in front of anyone my cheeks on either side begin to lose strength and i cannot continue speaking . it seems to others that i am cryinh the same thing happens when i laugh . is this a disease ? please help me
