What Is The Treatment For Stomach Pain?

I am in Thailand and was sick through the night on Tuesday. Wednesday I felt pretty weak but wasn't sick anymore. I kept snacks down but after a meal on the evening of spaghetti carbonara (so nothing spicy) I was sick again. The stomach pains continued into the next day but I wasn't sick. Today (Friday) I felt fine and after breakfast headed out on a trip, where I became quite dizzy and in need of a drink. I soon became really sick and very weak about an hour after. So have only been physically sick once a day but quite a lot. What can I do whilst away from home?

Hi.
Thanks for the query.
Noted the history and understood the concerns.
Intermittent pain in abdomen, feeling sick, then getting the attack of dizziness and needing a drink/fluids indicate that there sub-acute intestinal infection that needs investigations and proper management.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Consult a Doctor for clinical evaluation and examination.
Get investigated by tests of stool, blood and urine; ultrasonography of the abdomen.
You may need a course of an antibiotic, probiotics and metronidazole to control the intestinal infection which looks to be the basic cause of your problems.
Also take a probiotic and multivitamins, electrolyte solution to avoid further attacks.
