My daughter had a bowel movement, her stomach was hurting badly, the stool was a "pea" green color and somewhat loose. She's been on a Z-pack since Thursday, but her left side has been hurting on and off for the past week. Should I go to an ER? or could the medicine be causing the discoloration

What is the age of your child?? Treatment may vary depending upon the age and bodyweight. Azithromycin may increase the bowel motility. Use probiotic like enter germinal twice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
