What Is The Treatment For Stomach Ache And Diarrhea?

im 33years plus saw my last period on July 19th, i expected my period on either 15th/ 17th cos ma circle run within 28-30days after waitin till 20th wt no sign of period,i went for a PT test which confirmed pregnant,a pharmacy gave me cytotech 3 in one sachet which i tuk for 3 times at 9hrs interval,after waiting for 48hrs,no bleeding,i re-confirmed d PT test which is stil positive ,he later gave 3tablet mifeprostone ,to take overnight,i put the tab under ma tongue for a couple of mins and swallon d remainin,till now no bleedin bt slight stomach ache and diarrhea,im confuse,cn it wrk wtout bleeding

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of stomach ache and diarrhea which seems to be due to food poisoning/ acute gastroenteritis and electrolyte imbalance in body. It could be due to underlying systemic pathology. I would suggest you not to panic at all. Drink plenty of fluids to rehydrate yourself. Visit general physician once and get it examined. You should go for blood tests as well and start treatment after proper examination. Avoid taking any sharp and spicy food. You should take Ibuprofen along with proton pump inhibitors as well. You should start treatment with combination of fluoroquinolones and ornidazole. You should give banana on daily basis and light food.
