What Is The Treatment For Severe Stomach Cramps?

Hi there
My boyfriend is suffering from severe stomach cramps and he has a tingerling feeling all over his body. Should we take him to a&e he seems to be in some pain, he doesn't seem to be feverish but he has a temperature of 38.3. What should he do?

You should take him to the A&E.
The severe pain can be due to so many problems that this condition is called '' Acute abdomen'' and needs a careful examination by a Doctor and investigations.
He may need a Surgery if some Emergency occurs.
