What Is The Treatment For Severe Abdominal Pain?

I hold to go pee like almost an hour to 3 hours and this one time i hold it for an hour and i went to eat something and i couldnt eat more because my stoma h was hurting and after that i went to the restroom and after i finishd my stomach started hurting badly i couldnt walk or even sit or talk becuase it hurt nd aslo hurt breathing and the pain lasted like for 2 to 3 hours and this only happens when i hold it..
