What Is The Treatment For Rectal Bleeding?

For the past 12 months I've had an on and off issue relating to blood and clear-glue like gel coming from my anus when I go to the toilet. I do not bleed all of the time and the gel-like substance only appears after I notice the blood. I have left it unchecked, and now I can feel some form of tissue growth or maybe swelling appearing out of my anus area. I usually go to the toilet around 3 times a day, and recently I have pain at the entrance to my anus.
Please help.

* Possible due to various reasons as
- proctitis - fistula - other reasons .

* Must get evaluated with gastrosurgeon through proctoscopy and
colonoscopy examination , rather than taking empiric treatments .
