it hurts when i pee sometimes, and i'll start peeing normal but at the end of it it feels a little weird like im still peeing but its dripping out. then after im done it really burns and is incredibly painful. Also I've looked up if I masturbate without lube it will sometimes happen too but i honestly don't think its that it might be but not sure. Also if i drink water and pee after a little bit of doing that then it usually helps
Pain at the end of micturition indicates that u might have prostate infection or stone in bladder or lower ureter. I suggest u to have urine routine and culture to rule out infection. Show to urologist to rule out prostatitis by digital examination. Get Ultrasound KUB done to rule oout probability of stone disease. Treat with culture sensitive antibiotics if required. Quinolones work better for prostatitis. If stone is found, treat it conservatively or with surgery.
