General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to a bladder infection.

I suggest doing a urine test and an abdominal ultrasound for further evaluation.

If the diagnosis is confirmed, I suggest taking a cycle of antibiotics such as Ciprofloxacin.

Meanwhile, for the pain, I suggest using anti-inflammatory medications such as Ibuprofen.

You should drink liquids and especially cranberry juice.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
