General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms of your son seem to be related to a urinary tract infection.

I suggest using anti-inflammatory medications such as Ibuprofen to relieve the symptoms.

Meanwhile, I suggest doing a urine test to confirm the diagnosis.

If the diagnosis is confirmed, I suggest using an antibiotic to treat the infection.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
