M A MALE 30 MAREED BEFORE A YEAR I EXCERCICED VERY OVER LOAD AND SLOWLY I FELT PAIN IN MY TESTIS AND BACK SO NOW I M FEEELING MY SIZE OF TESTIS IS INCREASED AND I M SO WEAK IN ACTIVITIES I CANNOT DOING SEX 2ND WITUH A GIRL EARLY AND I DONT WANNA RUN WALK ETC I M USING EVION 600 MG & DOX 100 Mg BUT THAT IS NOT FULLY RESPONSIBLE PLZ HELP ME

Hello...
pain in testis along with back ache may be symptoms of genito urinary infection... increase in size of testes is pointing towards epididymo orchitis....
to make sure of dignosis some urine tests and sonogram can be performed....
treatment options are Doxycyclin 100mg twice a day for 10 days.... or Levoflox 500mg once a day for 10 days... hospitalisation if drugs not responding or having complications. ...
as epididymitis is cozed by bacteria which are sexually transmitted, evaluation of sexual partner is also necessary
