Hi ! Good afternoon. I am Dr Shareef answering your query.
Most likely it seems to be a sebaceous or dermoid cyst which is a benign lesion. If I were your doctor, I would advise you not to fiddle with it as it might cause infection in it and form an abscess. Instead, I would refer you to a general surgeon, who after a physical examination and necessary investigations, might advise you for a surgical removal by a minor surgery possibly under a local anaesthesia.
I hope this information would help you in discussing with your family physician/treating doctor in further management of your problem. Please do not hesitate to ask in case of any further doubts. Thanks for choosing health care magic to clear doubts on your health problems. Wishing you an early recovery. Dr Shareef.
