If I were your doctor, I would advise you not to fiddle with it as it might cause infection in it and form an abscess. Instead, I would refer you to a general surgeon, who after a physical examination and necessary investigations, might advise you for a surgical removal by a minor surgery possibly under a local anaesthesia.
