What Is The Treatment For Low Blood Pressure?

Hi, and thank you. I have below normal blood pressure. However, I experience what I call palpatations...sometimes my heart rate jumps to around 140. Like when I get up at night to use the bathroom, or even if I am not doing anything. Is this a problem. I am 65.
