I have noted your symptoms of frequent headaches, which are severe and do not get relieved with usual medications.
The most likely cause of headaches in your case is migraine. Since you have very frequent headaches, these headaches have got transformed to chronic daily headaches.
You need to be started on preventive medications to reduce the severity and frequency of headaches. Options include beta blockers,
topiramate,
divalproex and
flunarizine tablets.
For headache relief, you may try
rizatriptan or
sumatriptan tablets.
If headaches persist despite the above treatment, you may undergo MRI brain to look for any other causes of headaches.
