What Is The Treatment For Flank Pain?

In 2013, I got very frequent UTIs (which could have been caused by the habits of my previous sexual partner.) We have not been together in about 3 weeks. Today I received a Lipoden shot (my third one). I am now having flank pain - very constant, about a 6 on the pain scale. I m a 25 year old female and I otherwise take fluoxetine and about 17mg of phentermine.

Thanks for contacting healthcare magic.

You have problem of flank pain that may be because of urinary tract infection.

Do a urine test and microscopic examination for further diagnosis.

After urine culture test start a antibiotics course under doctor's suggestion.

Bladder infection may cause flank pain.
Proper physical examination and history give exact idea about disease.

Consent a nephrologist for further diagnosis.
I hope my guidance is helpful to you.
Take care.
Thanks.
