What Is The Treatment For Eye Pain?

I have an occasional pain in my eyes(any one at a time)...at that time I cant tolerate light also... keeping ice on eyes gives temporary relaxation... i have to tie some cloth over that eye that time to have my eye gently pressed which decreases a bit of pain....I am detected with cylindrical power a few weeks ago... But I dont wear glasses as that put strain on my eyes and i cant tolerate it... though I dont wear specs, still strangely I have not suffered with pain now for a few weeks....Though, in general also I dont like much of light...I prefer sitting in dim light...

Hello
It seems from the history that you are having eye pain and you are having refractive error.
The refractive errors will lead to eye pain because of fatigue of the muscles of eye.
Hence refractive error can be cause for eye pain in your case.
Hence I advice you to use spectacles regularly.
If the pain still continues then need to consider other causes like sinusitis or primary headaches like migraine.

Thank you
