i have diahrea after e everything i eat especially
salad which leads me to believe i have IBS, i had a very bad case the other day and now my anus and the area between there and my vagina is very very sore. i was in tears when i had a bowl movement this morning. is there anything i can do to relieve the pain and discomfort it is causing me?

I really appreciate your concern, IBS is more or less is functional condition, try to come out of stress particularly if this is emotional stress, such diarrhea may be self limiting and even the pain may also be nonspecific and this is also not be worried just take this easy, hope this helps take care and have a nice day.
