What Is The Treatment For Continuous Tinnitus?

hi , i have been having continius tinnitus and or buzzing sound in my right side of the head for many years, MRI and Tomography showed filuid retention in my right side mastoid bone and also in almost entire right part of the temporal bone. i get occasional headaches from time to time, sometimes i feel warmness around and behind my ear and feel pressure within my ear...i feel light pressure behind my right eye also, most irritating thing is when i talk my eardrum is beating like broken loudspeaker of a stereo, very disturbing so i press my finger onto it to ease that sound. i have seen some doctors but they could not diagnose me for anything ! one even said that i have an interesting complain. could you help me identfy my problem and what is the possible treatment for this ? Relax yourself. Tinnitus as such may be due to many causes. As your mri suggested fluid in mastoid it may be due to serous otitis media. What is your hearing status.....get a puretone audiometry done along with impedance. Start taking steam inhalation. Further management depends on the report of audiometry....till then stop worrying. All will be fine.
