What Is The Treatment For Cheyne-Stokes Respiration Problem?

I experienced AMS at camp Muir on Rainier this summer. Also was having Cheyne-Stokes respiration problem. My Oximeter reading taken was 98% when a highly aclimatized guide could only register 93% on the same device. Would Diamox help the next time? Confused about the high blood oxygen level also?

Diamox and steroids can help prevent AMS.

At higher altitudes o2 sats drop by 4% on an average in healthy people.
However people who are acclimatized have higher hemoglobin so low o2 saturation does not affect them.
