Hi,

It seems that you may be having pyogenic granuloma. It is a benign lesion. There is proliferated capillaries. It may occur after minor trauma. And it may persist for long time unchanged. There may be bleeding on minor trauma. It may be removed by electrocaytery done under local anaesthesia. It is a minor procedure done in OPD. You consult dermatologist for firm diagnosis and treatment. I hope you got my answer.

Thanks.
