hi greetings from healthcare magic , I have read your query in detail

aspirin has been known to cause gastritis induced bleeding , also alcohol is also known for causing peptic ulcer i.e. ulcer in your stomach . a combination of alcohol aspirin and spicy food is kicking up your ulcers and causing bleed

you need to get a upper go endoscopy to find out the cause of your bleed
causes maybe :-
gastric ulcer
eosophageal ulcer

endoscopy will give us the cause which can then be treated accordingly
for relief t present you can have PPI's like pantoprazole and ranitidine tablets
avoid spicy food and alcohol

hope this helps
