What Is The Treatment For Bleeding From The Cyst?
I have two small tears on perineum under testicles that produce heavy venous bleeding after a bm. It stops with direct pressure. It has been going on for a month. Saw a surgeon and he said it was a cyst of the sinus tract that had ruptured and is draining on its own so he prescribed sitz bath and cipro. But it is still bleeding bad after every bm maybe I need stitches?
